INS Secretly Deported
Though the House voted to "dismantle" the Immigration
and Naturalization Service, sources inside Washington have confirmed
the INS was actually deported. The INS, whose real name is Insino
Rodriguez, slipped through the California/Mexican border in 1952
with a dream of opening the first Mexican fast food chain. When
he found too much competition from fellow Mexicans, Rodriguez
decided to start the INS to eliminate them. One source admitted:
"The INS should have been DOA because it was all about OPP
if you DIG."
